Peak to Peace is a mental health initiative created by Jon Martin, Gavin Trout, and Minta Williams to support ski industry workers in feeling more comfortable opening up about mental health. Rooted in community, conversation, and connection, Peak to Peace creates spaces—both online and in person—where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
Within this initiative, I took on the roles of Brand Designer, Social Media Manager, and Event Planner. I helped shape the visual identity and voice of the brand, developed and executed social media strategies to grow awareness and engagement, and planned meaningful events that brought the community together in authentic and impactful ways.
The Brand
My friends and I recognized a growing problem across Colorado—specifically in the Roaring Fork Valley. Ski industry workers, particularly those ages 18–34, are facing an increasing mental health crisis driven by environmental isolation, financial instability, housing insecurity, and a lack of affordable mental health care.
Peak to Peace exists to help.
As a team, we designed three creative solutions: a social media campaign, mini-documentaries, and community-centered events. We know we can’t eliminate the problem entirely—but we can help create a safer place for people to talk. A space where stigma no longer surrounds mental health, and where individuals feel supported, seen, and understood.
From the beginning, we wanted our brand to feel earthy and rooted in the mountains—a reflection of the environment we all share. More importantly, we wanted it to feel safe. Like a place people can come to exhale, open up, and connect.

Peak to Peace focused on building a community-centered, mental health-driven brand from the ground up. My strategy emphasized storytelling, relatability, and shareable content to drive organic growth.
